Bu çalışmada Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı bünyesinde yer alan Turizm İşletme Belgeli tesisler inceleme alanı olarak tespit edilmiş olup Göller Bölgesi’nde yer alan 76 adet tesis hakkında TripAdvisor sitesindeki tüketici yorumları analiz edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda öncelikli olarak Göller Bölgesi’nde yer alan işletmelerin sınıflandırmalarına ilişkin veriler elde edilmiş olup Konya’da 36, Afyonkarahisar’da 17, Burdur’da 8 ve Isparta’da 15 adet otel işletmesi tespit edilmiştir. Buna ek olarak söz konusu işletmeler hakkında TripAdvisor sitesindeki tüketici yorumları içeriklerine göre sınıflandırılarak olumlu ve olumsuz unsurlar başlıkları altında değerlendirilmiştir. En çok ele alınan olumlu ve olumsuz unsurlar ortak olmakla birlikte personel, temizlik ve yemeğe ilişkin unsurlar olarak sıralanmaktadır. Ayrıca tüketici yorumlarında kullanılan dillerin analizinde ağırlıklı olarak Türkçe kullanıldığı bunun yanı sıra İngilizce, İtalyanca ve Çince’nin en çok kullanılan diller olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The facilities included in the Ministry of Culture and Tourism with the Tourism Operation Certificate were identified as the study area in the study, and the user reviews regarding 76 facilities located in the Lakes Region at the TripAdvisor website were analyzed. In this context, the data relating to the classification of the facilities located in the Lakes Region have been obtained with priority and 36 hotel facilities in Konya, 17 in Afyonkarahisar, 8 in Burdur and 15 in Isparta were determined. In addition, the user reviews at TripAdvisor website were classified according to their contents and evaluated under the titles of positive and negative elements. The most positive and negative factors are personal, cleanliness, and food. In addition, it was concluded in analyzing the languages used in user reviews, that Turkish is mainly used, and besides English, Italian and Chinese are the most frequently used languages.
