The research was conducted to determine the health workers’ quality opinions and their quality perception on hospital quality studies and to evaluate the relations with demographic variables of quality perception. This research was done at a state hospital that quality evaluation score was high in Turkey. Physicians, nurses and managers working in this hospital was included in the research. Data was collected using the questionnaire. A research sample was selected with the random sampling method. The SPSS for Windows 22.0 software was used in order to analyze data. 214 questionnaire with no missing data were evaluated. It was determined that hospital quality studies had a positive effect on the services provided. Also the most important contribution of these studies to workers was adoption of a management approach focused on customer satisfaction. When it was examined the workers’ quality perception scores, it was found that their institutional quality approach and quality support was medium, participation in quality, reliance in quality and general quality perception was high-level. Dimensions of quality perception showed significant differences according to gender, title, professional experience and the education of quality standards in health. It was determined that health workers’ quality perception changed according to demographic variables.
