The aim of this study was to determine the views of administrative staff on the “glass ceiling obstacles of female employees ”in a private hospital in Ankara.240 people participated in the study.The effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable were analyzed in analyzing the data obtained as a result of the application. In addition, Independent Sample T-Test and One-Way Variance (ANOVA) Test were used to compare the scores of different groups. The Hochberg’s GT2 test was used to determine which groups were the source of the difference. As a result of the hypotheses formed within the scope of the study, it was observed that there was no significant difference between the glass ceiling perceptions of the administrative staff and the variables of ”Education Level“, ”Task“, ”Task Place“ and “Working Time in the Health Sector”. A significant difference was found between the glass ceiling perception of employees and the variables “Gender ”, “Age“, ”Marital status” and ”Working Time in hospital”.
