The purpose of the study was to determine preschool and kindergarten teachersâ level of classroom management skills. Also, preschool and kindergarten teachers were examined in relation to different variables. The sample of this study consisted of 93 preschool and kindergarten teachers working in Denizli. According to results of this study: Most of the preschool and kindergarten teachers had average level of classroom management skills. According to teachersâ teaching experience, number of students in classroom, socio-economic situation of school and to attend training programs about classroom management or not, there was no significant difference among all groups. However, according to teachersâ educational background and the type of schools, there were significant differences among all groups. These findings were supported by open-ended questions which were asked teachers.
