ÖSS exam is the hardest and the most important exam for the young in the process of university entrance. It is true most students feel themselves to go to private school to be successful in the examination, and then they have become unavoidable institution in the process. The theory of Multiple Intelligence suggests that students are expected to have developed certain types of intelligences further due to the environmental and genetical factors. The intelligences developed are expected to be taken into account while registering to those courses. This study aims to find out to what degree- if any- the intelligences types of student have been taken in into consideration. This study has been applied on students registered courses in Malatya district. In the collection of data a scale called âMultiple Intelligence Scaleâ, devised by the researchers, has been used. Data collected were analysed in SPSS and evaluated through percentage, frequencies, t â" test and one â" way ANOVA. At the end of the study some suggestions are made.
