So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

The verb is one of the basic elements of the Arabic language. The study which focuses on modals and inflectional suffixes according to the meaning of the verb is called “sarf”. Most of the verbs including letters such as alif (ا), vâv (و), yâ (ي) in Arabic are called “mu‘tel” and these verbs undergo some change in sentences. This change creates a major problem for beginner learners in Arabic in practice and it gives the impression that learning Arabic is difficult and it is quite hard to overcome this difficulty. The most change in the Arabic language is in verbs. It is a fact that this change, which aims at phonetic adaptation, has difficulty for Arabic language learners. However, if the causes of these changes in verbs are known with some specific examples, it will be easily realized that these changes depend on some basic rules and anyone aware of these rules may easily learn Arabic. In this regard, this study deals with the rules of these changes in the light of examples for each rule.
