ÇALIŞMANIN DÖNÜŞÜMÜ ÜZERİNE KISA BİR DEĞERLENDİRME

Abstract:

Çalışma kavramına yüklenen anlam ve çalışma olarak tanımlanan aktivitelerin kapsamı tarihsel süreçte değişkenlik göstermiştir. Belirtilen değişkenlik genel olarak üretimsel ilişkilerdeki dönüşümlerle ilgilidir. 18. Yüzyılın son çeyreğinden 19. yüzyılın ortalarına kadar süren birinci sanayi devrimi mekanik üretimi ortaya çıkarmıştır. İkinci sanayi devrimi ise montaj hattının ve elektriğin devreye girmesiyle seri üretimi mümkün kılan bir süreçtir. Dijital Devrim olarak da anılan üçüncü sanayi devriminin temel konusunu otomasyon oluşturmaktadır. Günümüzde, bilgi teknolojilerinin ve elektroniğin endüstriyel hayata entegrasyonu söz konusu bulunmaktadır. Bu makalede uzak gelecek zamanda çalışma hayatında üretimdeki muhtemel değişiklik ve kısaca, istihdam edilmede gerçekleşebilecek gelişmeler üzerinde durulmuştur. Uzak gelecekten anlatılmak istenen, çeyrek yüzyıllık bir dönemdir. Çalışma hayatında gerçekleşebilecek olan değişikliklerin makro açıdan değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın kapsamı ileri derecede teknolojiye sahip endüstriyel yapıda genel iş yapış şeklidir. Her bir endüstriyel dönüşümde bazı ülkeler bu süreçlere tam olarak entegre olabilirken bazı ülkeler ise bu süreçleri tam olarak gerçekleştirememektedir. Evrensel, eş zamanlı bir çalışma motifi gerçekleşmemektedir. Bu bağlamda makalede paradigmal seviyede yorumlayıcı yaklaşım tercih edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, kitlesel üretimin ve bireyselleştirilmiş üretimin birlikte devrede olacağı ifade edilebilir. Çalışanların sofistike endüstriyel araçlara ve yapılara yabancı kalabilmesi muhtemeldir. Böyle bir durumda çalışanların sahip olması gereken yetkinlikler değişikliğe uğrayacaktır. Ayrıca istihdam edilme kısa dönemli olabilecek ve mekânsal değişiklikler gerektirebilecektir.

The scope of activities defined as meaning and study in the concept of work varied in the historical process. The mentioned variability generally relates to transformations in productional relationships. The first industrial revolution, which lasted from the last quarter of the 18th century to the middle of the 19th century, revealed mechanical production. The second industrial revolution is a process that enables mass production with the introduction of the assembly line and electricity. The basic subject of the Third Industrial Revolution, also known as the Digital Revolution, is automation. Nowadays, the integration of information technologies and electronics into industrial life is in question. This article focuses on the possible changes to production in the working life and, in short, the developments in employment in the distant future. In this article the distant future is a quarter-century. Intended to evaluate the possible changes in working life from a macro perspective. The scope of this article is the general business style in industrial structure with advanced technology. In each industrial transformation, some countries can be fully integrated into these processes while others do not fully realize these processes. A universal, simultaneous work pattern is not realized. In this context, the interpretative approach is preferred at the paradigmatic level. As a result, it can be stated that mass production and individualized production will be activated together. Employees are likely to remain alien to sophisticated industrial vehicles and structures. In such a case, the competencies that employees should have are subject to change. In addition, employment may be short-term and may require place changes.
