Abstract:

The Balkans, the name of the ranges that divide Bulgaria from west to east, have given the time the name to the general of the peninsula and the region has become referred to as the Balkans. The XIV. The Ottomans, who have dominated the Balkans since the century, have made significant changes in the art life, as in many areas of this geography, and have left traces. In the Ottoman era, the revival in the art life was also in the field of literature and the Balkan geography played an effective role in the development of the Classical Turkish Literature. Especially in many different Balkan cities and settlements, which developed as the cultural center of the time, a large number of poets were allowed to grow. Cities such as Episcopal, Thessaloniki, Sofia, Monastery and Belgrade stand out as the leading cultural centers of the Ottoman State in the region, while the Tachra cities such as Serez, Filipe and Vardar Yenicesi (Yenice-i Vardar) have witnessed significant developments in this area, and have hosted a significant number of chapters that grow in the literary field. The information obtained from the theses of the show indicates the presence of 23 poets in the Philippines, including the Vecdî, which we study in our work. This article emphasizes the development of Divan poetry in the Balkans and the importance of the city of the Philippines, which is now within the borders of Bulgaria, in this process. In this context, the life, literary personality and works of Abdurrahman, who took the Vecdî mahlas, are described. In the continuation of the work, the land names of the Balkans and Rumeli passed in the defence of the Romeli dîvân poet Filipeli Vecdî were identified. In the result section, the name of the place identified was evaluated in which occasion the poems of Vecdî were used.
