Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de girişim sermayesi yatırım ortaklıklarının (GSYO) yatırım, likidite, mali yapı, karlılık ve piyasa performansı açılarından karşılaştırılarak performanslarının incelenmesidir. Bunun için, Türkiye’de faaliyette bulunan 7 girişim sermayesi yatırım ortaklığının 2012-2017 dönemine ait yıllık verileri kullanılarak analiz yapılmaktadır. Yöntem olarak, oran analizi yöntemi, veri olarak ise, yatırım, likidite, mali yapı, karlılık ve piyasa performans oranları kullanılmaktadır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda, genel olarak en fazla girişim sermayesi yatırımlarına Gözde GSYO’nun, en az ise Verusaturk GSYO’nun yatırım yaptığı, likidite açısından, Verusaturk GSYO’nun en fazla, Gözde GSYO’nun ise en az nakit bulundurduğu, mali yapı açısından, öz sermayeyi en fazla Gedik GSYO’nun, en az ise Gözde GSYO’nun kullandığı, Karlılık açısından, Verusaturk GSYO’nun en yüksek, RHEA GSYO’nun ise en düşük öz sermaye karlılığına sahip olduğu ve son olarak, piyasa performansı açısından, Gözde GSYO’nun en yüksek, Rhea GSYO’nun ise en düşük hisse başına kara sahip oldukları görülmektedir.
The aim of this study is to study the performance of enterprise capital investment partnerships (GSYO) in Turkey in terms of investment, liquidity, financial structure, profitability and market performance. For this purpose, 7 enterprise capital investment partnerships operating in Turkey are analyzed using annual data for the period 2012-2017. As a method, the rate analysis method, and as data, the rate of investment, liquidity, financial structure, profitability and market performance are used. The purpose of this study is to examine performance of venture capital investment trusts (VCIT) in Turkey by comparing their investment, liquidity, financial structure, profitability and market performance. In order to perform this, an analysis is done by using data belong to the 7 venture capital invetment trusts in Turkey for the years between 2012-2017. Ratio analysis method and investment, liquidity, financial structure, profitability, and merket performance ratios as data are used. As a result of the analysis, it is observed that in general, Gözde VCIT has the most investment in venture capital investments but Verusaturk has the least investment, in terms of liquidity, Verusaturk has the most, but Gözde has the least cash, in terms of financial structure, Gedik VCIT used the equity capital the most, but Gözde VCIT used the least, in terms of profitability, Verusaturk has the highest, but RHEA VCIT has the lowest equity profitability, and finally, in terms of market performance, Gözde VCIT has the highest, but Rhea VCIT has the lowest earnings per share.
