İnsanların yaşam sürecinde davranışlarına yön veren en önemli konulardan birisi gelecek düşüncesidir. Bireyi motive eden ve daha gayretli çalışmasını sağlayan faktörlerin ortaya çıkarılması günümüz yönetici ve eğitimcilerinin ana uğraşları arasında yer almaktadır. Bununla birlikte gelecekle ilgili olumsuz düşünceler, bireyin kapasitesinin altında çaba göstermesine neden olmaktadır. Gelecek olgusu gençlerin davranış, tutum ve kişiliklerinin oluşumu açısından önemli bir etkiye sahiptir. Gençleri motive eden ve demoralize eden konular, fırsat ve tehdit algılamaları bu açıdan değerlendirilmesi gereken konular arasında yer almaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı işletme bölümü öğrencilerinin gelecek kaygı ve beklentilerine ilişkin öne çıkardıkları kavram ve konuları tespit etmektir. Araştırma kapsamında öğrencilerin gelecekle ilgili kaygı ve beklentilerine yönelik açık uçlu sorulara yanıt aranarak verilen cevaplar İçerik Analizi Yöntemi ile değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuştur.
One of the most important issues that directed people’s behavior is their future thinking in their lifetime. It is among the main challenges of today’s managers and educators that identify factors that motivate and work individuals more diligently. At the same time negative thoughts about the future causes to work under the capacity of the individual. The future has a significant impact on the formation of the behavior, attitudes and personalities of young people. In this respect issues that motivate and demoralize, opportunities and threat perceptions are among the issues of young people to be evaluated. The purpose of this study is to expose the concepts and issues about they care about the future fear and expectations of the department of business administration students. In this study search for answers with open-ended questions about the future fear and expectations of students, answers evaluated by the Content Analysis Method. At the end of the research the greatest concern of the students is the phenomenon of unemployment for the future however, paradoxically, the expectations of the future were found to be quite high and positive. At the same time, today it was determined that the most important supporters of the youth were the families against the problems and sources of stress.
