Abstract:

Sultan Abdülaziz and Sultan II. Hasan Fehmi Pasha, who served in governance and nazarity in various state duties during the period of Abdülhamit, is one of the state men who attracted attention with their executives. Hasan Fehmi Pasha has done theoretical studies throughout his life of state humanity, on the one hand he has written law lessons books and newspapers, on the one hand he has given lessons at the university and on the other hand he has signed the important executions mentioned in the practical state life. In this study, we will try to introduce Hasan Fehmi Pasha, who is not sufficiently recognized in the political and ideological field of our country, with various aspects and the witnesses of the time. The close recognition of Hasan Fehmi Pasha, who was included in historical records as an example of a state man, will be an opportunity for the new generations to be inspired by his personality, and his civic courageful free-thought icraates will keep light on the new periods.
