Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin eğitim sistemi ve uygulamalarına ilişkin güncel sorunları algılama düzeylerini belirlemektir. Araştırma, öğretmenlerin sorunları algılama düzeylerinin belirlenmesine dair verilerin betimlenmesine yönelik olduğu için, genel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini İstanbul ili Bayrampaşa ve Esenler’de görevli 3767 öğretmen; örneklemini ise, evrenden rastgele seçilen 360 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Eğitim Sorunlarını Algılama Ölçeği ile elde edilen veriler yüzde, frekans, ortalama; cinsiyet, ödül durumu ve hizmet içi eğitim durumu t testi ve yaş, mesleki kıdem ve eğitim durumu tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre, öğretmenler eğitim sistemi ve uygulamalarına ilişkin güncel sorunları, fiziki durum, yönetim, program ve özlük hakları alt boyutlarında ve genel olarak “tam” düzeyinde algılamışlardır. Okulun fiziki koşullarında, öğretmenlerin özlük haklarında, yöneticilerin davranışlarında ve programda düzenlemelere gidilmelidir.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to determine the levels of perception of current problems related to the teachers’ educational system and practices. Since the research was aimed at illustrating the data on the determination of the problems perception levels by teachers, a general scan model has been used. The universe of the study is 3767 teachers in Istanbul or Bayrampaşa and Esenler; the sample is made up of 360 teachers randomly selected from the universe. The data obtained by the Scale of Perception of Educational Problems, the percentage, frequency, average; gender, reward status and service education status t test and age, professional age and education status one-way variance analysis (ANOVA) has been solved. According to the results obtained from the study, teachers have perceived current problems with their educational system and practices, physical condition, management, program and property rights at the lower dimensions and generally at the "complete" level. In the physical conditions of the school, the rights of the teachers, the behavior of the managers and the regulations in the program should be adjusted.
