Bu araştırmada, sınıf öğretmeni adaylarının eğer ilk atamaları birleştirilmiş sınıf öğretmenliğine olursa eğitim –öğretime ve okul yönetimine dair duydukları kaygıları belirlenmiştir. Yapılan bu araştırmanın verileri, 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılının bahar döneminde BAİBÜ Eğitim Fakültesi Sınıf Eğitimi 4. Sınıfında okuyan ve “Birleştirilmiş Sınıf Öğretimi “ dersini alan öğretmen adaylarından elde edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada toplam 116 öğretmen adayına uygulanmış, sorulara anlaşılır ve net cevap veren 98 öğretmen adayının kağıtları değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizi ile analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin geçerliği ve güvenirliği için öğretmen adaylarının görüşlere alıntı yapılarak yer verilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmen adaylarının mesleğe ilk atanmalarının birleştirilmiş sınıf öğretmenliğine olması durumunda eğitim ve öğretime duydukları kaygılar arasında en fazla ders planı hazırlamada, ders zamanının verimli kullanılmasında ve haftada 2 saatlik teorik dersten sonra uygulama yapmakta zorluk çekecekleri, okul yönetimine dair kaygı duydukları, haftada 2 saatlik teorik olarak okutulan birleştirilmiş sınıf öğretimi dersinin, yeterli olmadığını ve bu nedenle mutlaka uygulama okullarında birleştirilmiş sınıf öğretimi tecrübelerini yaşamalarının doğru olacağı belirlenmişdir. Çalışma sonucunda elde edilen verilere göre önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
In this study, the anxiety of classroom teacher candidates regarding the education period and school management in the case that the first job they're appointed to is for multi-grade classroom teaching. The data of this study was obtained from the teacher candidates who were final year students in the Department of Classroom Teaching in the Faculty of Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University (BAIBU) and took the lesson of "Multi-Grade Class Teaching" in the spring term of the 2017-2018 academic year. In this study, the forms were applied to 116 teacher candidates and 98 of those who answered the questions in an apprehensive and clear way were taken under review. The obtained data were analyzed through content analysis. For the validity and reliability of the data, the opinions of teacher candidates were given as quotations. As a result of the research, in the case that the first assignment of the teacher candidates for their profession is for multi-grade class teaching, it is determined that they will show a high level of anxiety regarding education and training in the case of preparing a lesson plan, have difficulties in effectively managing class time and practicing after 2 hours and weekly theoretical lesson, feel anxiety about school management, and the multi-grade class teaching lesson which is taught theoretically as a 2 hour lesson in a week is not sufficient; therefore it will definitely be beneficial to gain their experiences regarding multi-grade class teaching in their practice schools. The suggestions are made according to the results obtained in the study.
