So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Ever since consumers have started to question the qualitative and quantitative aspects of products, quality has been the most critical factor in competition for enterprises. For Turkey to catch continuous improvement by broad practices of Total Quality Management, quality must be analyzed in details. In order for quality to expand in majority of companies within production and service sectors, entire society must be informed about quality.Universities play a very critical role in establishment of quality. The purpose of this research is to determine university students' knowledge and comprehension level of quality.
