Bu çalışmanın amacı Türkiye için turizm gelirleri, finansal gelişme ve ekonomik büyüme arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda 1963-2015 dönemi yıllık verileri zaman serisi analizi ile test edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre turizm gelirleri, finansal gelişme ve ekonomik büyüme arasında eş-bütünleşme olduğu, turizm gelirleri ve finansal gelişmenin ekonomik büyümeyi pozitif yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Diğer taraftan nedensellik analizi sonucunda ise sadece turizm gelirlerinden ekonomik büyümeye doğru tek yönlü bir nedensellik ilişkisi tespit edilmiştir.
The aim of this study is to study the relationship between tourism revenues for Turkey, financial development and economic growth. For this purpose, the annual data of the period 1963-2015 was tested with time series analysis. The results of the analysis show that tourism income, financial development and economic growth are equalized, and that tourism income and financial development have a positive impact on economic growth. On the other hand, the result of the causality analysis has only been identified a one-way causal relationship from tourism revenues to economic growth.
