Abstract:

Corporate Resource Planning (CCP) systems are systems that make decisions faster and easier by providing coordination between the different units of the enterprises. Therefore, choosing the right KKP system for is a very important issue. Since there are many criteria to be taken into consideration in the selection of these systems, it will be possible to take advantage of the methods of multi-criteria decision making (CPC) in the election process. In this study, the aim of this study is to select the good KKP system by integrating the MACBETH and MABAC methods from the CKKV methods. A subjective method, MACBETH, calculated the importance of the criteria, and MABAC method assessed the system alternatives. The criteria that are relevant to the application results are defined as functionality, ease of use and brand image; the good system alternative is defined as SAP.
