Every culture has a unique subculture related with death. In the Ottoman Empire, Muslims' sepulchral monuments have some features which can be rarely seen in other civilizations. Inscriptions and shapes of the sepulchral monuments symbolize very important information such as status, occupations, identities and wishes of the dead people. In this context, sepulchral monuments are indispensable sources for historians. Many scientists make researches on this topic and find important clues about the history. The aim of this article is to uncover specific features of Muslim accountants' sepulchral monuments in the Ottoman Empire. This study is limited with Muslim accountants' sepulchral monuments, because we cannot detect any information about occupations of the accountants who are belong to the other divine religions in the Ottoman Empire
