Abstract:

From the Calcolitic Age to the Middle and Early Tune Age, the Iron Age, the Roman Age and the Islamic Age to the present day, Soğmatar, especially M.S. In the 2nd century, the moon God came to the forefront with his worship to Sin. In Soğmatar, which attracts the holy spaces and living spaces made on the main rock alongside the Necropol area, the rocks processed on the main rock have been preserved until today. In addition to the rallyes of the moon god Sin, a bear rally is also seen in a sacred area made by the main rock processing. The bear wings located on a large block are openly processed quite in detail. From the Neolithic period to the present day, the bear used as an important figure in many civilizations has very different meanings for each period. The bear, which has an important place as a symbol of power in heaven, comes to the forefront as a sacred animal. As a symbol of political power, the human son has reflected the art of the painting in the mythological and natural state. Bear motifs have also been used in the forms of ceramic container, rollers and tomb stells, in addition to sealed printing. The bear is related to both physical and spiritual (the other world) state. We see the similarities of the bear painting in Soğmatar on the tomb stars in Roman art. The bear painting, which is also related to the other world covered in Soğmatar, which is used as the Necropol area, must be made to indicate that the dead man finds the body and that the tomb owner is a man.
