Bilindiği gibi ülkemiz, sanayileşmeyi amaç edinmiş olup bu yolda hızla ilerlemektedir. Şu anda ülkemiz, sanayileşmeye “Geçiş Toplumu” olmak üzel'liğini de kaybederek artık sanayileşme dönemine girmiş bulunmaktadır. Sanayileşme, kuşkusuz pekçolt sorunları da beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu sorunlar .ülkeden ülkeye değişmektedir. Türk toplumu da kendine özgü toplumsal yapısı içerisinde sanayileşme sürecinde değişik sorunlarla karşılaşmaktadır.
