So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada son yirmi yılda yeni bir disiplin olarak ortaya çıkan politika uygulamasında tutarlı bir teori yokluğu sorunu irdelenmekte ve konu ile ilgili yeni bir yaklaşım önerilmektedir. Önerilen yeni teorik yaklaşım, mevcut ve birbiriyle çelişkili ‘aşağıdan-yukarıya uygulama’ ve ‘yukarıdan-aşağıya uygulama’ yaklaşımlarını reddetmemekte, aksine her iki yaklaşımı birleştirici bir yol izlemektedir. Birleştirici yaklaşım ile, politika uygulama alanında temel konulardan olan, etkili uygulamayı belirleyen kritik faktörler üzerinde durulmakta ve bir model geliştirme denemesinde bulunulmaktadır.
