Developments in information technology and electronics sector have led to fundamental changes in many business activities. Instead of the traditional way of doing business, electronic commerce has emerged as a new way of doing business. Electronic commerce provides a significant contribution to the competitiveness of business by saving time, place and staff numbers. The positive impacts of electronic commerce in an electronic environment for businesses of commercial activities have meaning if the legal infrastructure for electronic commerce is completed. In this study, at first, the benefits, especially in terms of production of electronic commerce in enterprises, are given, then, the legal infrastructure for electronic commerce distinction between public and private laws are examined in detailed.
