Human resources have been carried in electronic environments following the increase in the use of computers, internet and intranet in organizations. Having taken different names such as “personnel management”, “human resources management”, “strategic human resources management” in its development, “human resources management” has also been named as “electronic human resources management”, which is a new concept. In this study, the concept of “electronic human resources management” and the functions of this concept have been analysed theoretically.
