“The Nomos of the globalization” described usually with reference to Carl Schmitt refers to transformation on “understanding of earth” from territory-base order to non-territorial world. But territory / space is today very significant determinant factor interpreted as an absolute geometric norm. Struggle for freedom is still territorial while visa, passport, refugee camps, border wall, wire fencing and “ditches” must be seen as consecrating practices on space. The city, however, described as a space of “the nomos of the globalization” has been transformed to the space of “global counter-terrorism”. Both “Conventional warfare” linked to the “battlefield in open confrontation” and guerilla/brigand “terror” linked to the “mountain / jungle” have already been “urbanized” through threatening urban life. Therefore the new “nomos” relied upon intense violence and hatred has been produced. This new nomos that Agamben can suggest shall be a beginning of the end of “the city that we know” by actually disappearance of the jungle in favor of the city.
