Abstract:

Son yıllarda kullanımı ve önemi giderek artan itibar yönetimi kavramı, kurumların hedef kitleleri ile olan iletişiminin sonucu olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. İyi itibar, kurumlara; rekabet avantajının yanı sıra, uygulamalarda hedef kitle desteği de sağlamakta ve uzun süreli mad-di-manevi değer katmaktadır. Bu değerin oluşmasında önemli bir yere sahip olan İnsan Kaynağı, kurum itibarından etkilendiği gibi, kurum itibarını da etkilemektedir. İyi yönetilen ve değer olarak kabul edilen insan kaynağı kuruma karşı olumlu düşüncelerin oluşmasını sağlarken, iyi itibara sahip olan kurumlar da bu saygınlıklarından dolayı verimli ve etkin insan kaynağı için cazip hale gelmektedir.
