So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Uluslar arası Muhasebe Standartları Kurulu 9 Temmuz 2009 tarihinde “Kobiler İçin UFRS (IFRS for SMEs)” yayınlamıştır. Kobi’ler için UFRS kamuya hesap verme yükümlülüğü bulunmayan ve dışsal kullanıcılar için genel amaçlı finansal tabloları yayınlayan işletmelerin finansal raporlama ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak için düzenlenmiştir. Bu standartlar hazırlanırken kapsamlı “Uluslararası Muhasebe Standartları” (UMS) ve “Uluslararası Finansal Raporlama Standartları” (UFRS)’lerden yola çıkılmış ve kobiler için kapsamlı UFRS’lere dayanan basite indirgenmiş, kendine yeten bir muhasebe ilkeleri seti oluşturmak amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Kobi UFRS’nin kapsamını açıklamak ve kapsamlı UFRS’den farklılıklarını ortaya koymaktır.
