E-retailing, which is one of the business models appeared with the development of technology, is crucial for the company life cycle. Companies’ long lasting success is closely linked to the strategy they develop for the company life cycle. The ones which cannot adopt and transform themselves are out of the social and economic system. The life cycle stages of a retail company are considered to be related with information management systems. The main goal in this study is to investigate the factors affecting the life cycle at e-retaining and to classify e-retailing approaches. With this regard, e-retailing life cycle variables are formed through investigating the studies covering life cycle and e-retaining life cycle published from 1970 to 2018
