Abstract:

This study aims to adapt to the scale “Stakeholder-Based Corporate Social Responsibility” developed by Andrea Perez, Patricia Martinez and Ignacio Rodriguez del Bosque in 2013. The scale is adjusted from English to Turkish in three stages. In the first phase the language validity of the scale was secured, in the second phase the pilot (pre) application and in the third phase the original (real) application was made. The data was obtained by the survey method from the bank customers in Ankara. The researchers used SPSS 24 and AMOS 24 statistical programs. The data set of the primary application consists of 651 participants. The structural validity of the scale was first provided by the detector and then verifying factor analysis and was finally subjected to the scale reliability analysis. According to all the analysis, 22 items have found that this scale consists of 5 dimensions in accordance with the original scale, including 5 items "clients", 3 items "actors", 5 items "employers", 6 items "society" and 3 items "a general dimension of legal and ethical matters". It can be said that the scale fits both the first and the second levels with a multi-factor structure. In the framework of the study, the scale is adapted to Turkey, the scale is aimed at contributing to the literature of business science by the researchers in the future studies on different samples in different sectors in Turkey.
