Abstract:

Kerhî, one of the important symbols of the Hanefî mosque of the Mtekaddim period, during his life in Baghdad was the leader of the mosque and educated a lot of students. As a result of a scientific breakthrough age in which the opinions and evidence of the disciples were revealed and discussed, in Kerhî, the study of the fiction of the previous imam, the processing of them, the preference of the various rivayets from the disciples and their students, and the effort to establish in the disciples systematism, contributed to the process of the disciples by studying the fiction of the previous imam, the processing of them, the processing of the disciples. The following period of fighters frequently referred to the views and transfers of Kerhî. In this sense, Kerhî shows that Hanefî fiction is of great importance in the systemization. In this context, it is also seen that, in particular, the opinions that are generally accepted in the Hanefî religions, such as the vâcipity of the ta'dîl-i erkânin and sehiv secdes, the zekat and hac orders should be executed immediately, the equality in marriage is not necessary, the divorce of the drunk is not valid, the ariyet act does not express property.
