So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

6098 sayılı Borçlar Kanunu hızlı teknolojik gelişmeleri ve bunların do- ğurduğu tehlikeleri dikkate alarak, sorumluluk hukukunda, tehlike sorumlu- luğunu genel bir hüküm ile m.71 de düzenlemiştir. “Tehlike sorumluluğu ve denkleştirme” başlığını taşıyan 71. madde, tehlike sorumluluğunu düzenleyen özel yasaların yetersiz olduğu, tehlike sorumluluğunun genel ilke ve şartlarının belirlenmesi gerektiği ve ortaya çıkacak yeni tehlike sorumluluğu halleri için özel kanuni düzenleme yapılmasını beklemeden, gerektiğinde mahkeme kara- rıyla tehlike sorumluluğunun kabul edilmesi esaslarına dayanmaktadır.
