Abstract:

In a globalized world where competition is rising and technology is developing rapidly, businesses have to change and improve. The transition from the industrial society to the information society leads to the developments in information technology, competition, and human rights. Thus, businesses perform a new organization structure by applications of needed to pay attention during and after of supplying employee. Businesses in the environment where technology and economy has been changing and developing have to develop management strategies. Human resources management is a strategic and detailed approach as an important resource of human management to perform its activities. Besides, it deals with human relations, the information and principles of management and employee management as a whole and with a different point of view. Since human resources are the primary source for businesses, it is essential to use human potential most effectively. The concept that supports and performs of this idea is human resources management; the main aim of it is to obtain job satisfaction by reaching the institution's goals efficiently. This research was examined the effects of employees working human resource management on job satisfaction. The data obtained from a questionnaire survey of 427 randomly selected employees from different sectors were analysed by statistical methods. Moreover, the effects of various demographic characteristics on the job satisfaction of employees were studied in the research. The effects of working environment, colleagues and managers' attitudes and behaviours on job satisfaction were analysed by various statistical methods
