Abstract:

Finansal krizler genelde dünya ekonomisinde, özelde ise gelişmekte olan ülkelerde 1990 sonrasındaönemli iktisadi sorunların başında gelmektedir. Farklı makroekonomik büyüklüklerin krizlerin oluşmasından önce nasıl bir değişim gösterdiği ve buna göre krizlerin önceden tahmin edilip edilmeyeceği Probit ya da Logit modellerle belirlenebilmektedir. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın temel amacı, finansal kriz teorilerin, dünya ekonomisi ve Türkiye ekonomisinde 1990 sonrası ortaya çıkan finansal krizlerin temel sebep ve sonuçlarını incelemek, Türkiye ekonomisinde finansal krizleri Probit model analizi yardımıyla modellemek, finansal krizlerin öngörülmesi ve önlenmesine yönelik politika öneriler geliştirmektir.
