Abstract:

The important element that distinguishes man from other beings is the cultural structure he carries. This cultural structure, which makes it privileged from other beings, contains many components in which esthetics is included. In fact, it also gives information about people’s way of life, values judgments, beliefs systems, etc. In addition to their cultural structures, it also gives information about their aesthetic judgments. While societies form a whole of aesthetic values according to their cultural structures, the whole of these aesthetic values they form, on the other hand, are determining their “esthetic judgments.” This work consists of two sections. The first part provides information on the general sense of the human aesthetic understanding and the elements that determine this understanding, while the second part provides information on the impact of this aesthetic structure created by man on the "city aesthetics" formed in the cities.
