Bu çalışmanın amacı öğretmenlerin örgütsel sosyalleşme düzeylerini belirlemeye yönelik geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Malatya ilindeki ilk ve ortaokullarda görev yapan 814 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Bu amaca yönelik olarak öncelikle alanyazın taraması gerçekleştirilmiş, elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda ölçek maddeleri hazırlanmıştır. Daha sonra açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ile ölçeğin yapı geçerliği test edilmiştir. Güvenirlik çalışması kapsamında Cronbach alfa iç tutarlık katsayıları hesaplanmıştır. Açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda ölçekte yer alan 24 maddenin beş faktör altında toplandığı ve faktör yüklerinin .46 ile .84 arasında değiştiği belirlenmiştir. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizinden elde edilen uyum değerleri, ölçek için model-veri uyumunun iyi düzeyde olduğunu göstermiştir. Ölçeğin güvenirliğini belirlemek için hesaplanan Cronbach alfa katsayılarının .84 ile .91 arasında değiştiği tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, bu ölçme aracının öğretmenlerin örgütsel sosyalleşeme düzeylerini belirlemede kullanılabilecek geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğunu göstermiştir.
The aim of this study is to develop a valid and reliable scale to determine the organizational socialization levels of teachers. The study group consists of 814 teachers who work in the first and secondary schools in the province of Malatya. For this purpose, the scan of the area was first done, according to the findings obtained, the scale materials were prepared. The structure validity of the scale was then tested with the opening and verifying factor analysis. In the framework of the reliability study, the Cronbach alpha internal consistency ratio has been calculated. The opening-factor analysis found that 24 items in the scale were gathered under five factors and the factor burden varied between .46 and .84. The compatibility values obtained from the verifying factor analysis showed that the model-data compatibility for scale is at a good level. The Cronbach alpha ratings calculated to determine the reliability of the measurement varied between .84 and .91. The findings have shown that this measurement tool is a valid and reliable measurement tool that can be used by teachers to determine the levels of organizational socialization.
