Hilâfet/imâmet meselesi, Hz. Peygamberin vefatının akabinde Müslümanlar arasında ortaya çıkan en önemli meselelerden biridir. Bu konu, özellikle Şîa’yla birlikte siyasi alandan itikâdî alana taşınmıştır. Sünnî âlimler de muhtemelen Şiî âlimlerin etkisiyle onu kelâmî konular arasına dâhil etmişler ve kitaplarında ona yer vermişlerdir. Semerkant bölgesi Hanefî-Mâtürîdî âlimlerinden Ebû Şekûr es-Sâlimî de (ö. 460/1068’den sonra) bu âlimlerden biridir. Ebû Şekûr’un hayatı hakkında Hanefî biyografi kitaplarında pek bilgi yoktur. Günümüze ulaşan et-Temhîd fî beyâni’t-tevḥîd adlı eserinde verdiği bazı bilgilerden hareketle Ebû Şekûr’un yaklaşık olarak V. (XI.) asrın ilk yarısında doğduğu tahmin edilmektedir. O, bu eserinde genel olarak, akıl, Allah’ın varlığı, birliği, isim ve sıfatları, rüyetullâh, vahiy, i‘cazu’l-Kur’ân, kelâm-ı lafzî-kelâm-ı mânevi, nübüvvet, mucize, kerâmet, ma‘rifet, iman, imanın şartları, hilâfet ve imâmet, Ehl-i Sünnet, Ehl-i Bid‘at ve fırkaları gibi konuları ele alır. Biz makalemizde, başlığından da anlaşılacağı üzere Ebû’l-Mu‘în en-Nesefî’nin çağdaşı olan Ebû Şekûr es-Sâlimî’nin hilâfete ilişkin görüşlerini, et-Temhîd fî beyâni’t-tevḥîd adlı eseri çerçevesinde ortaya koymaya çalışacağız. Amacımız, V. (XI.) asırda Mâverâünnehir bölgesinde hilâfet ile ilgili gündemde olan ve tartışılan konulara bir nebze de olsa ışık tutmaktır. Bu bağlamda yazarın sahâbenin faziletleri ve efdaliyet sırasına ilişkin görüşlerine de işaret edilecektir. Ayrıca Ebû Şekûr es-Sâlimî’nin imâmet ve sahâbenin efdaliyet sırası konularından bahsederken Şîa’nın anlayışını ve görüşlerini ele alışı ve onlara yönelik eleştirileri incelenecektir.

As the title implies, in this paper, we will try to put forward the views of Abū Shakūr al-Sālimī on Khilāfa/Imāmate issue based on his work al-Tamhīd fī bayān at-tawḥīd. In this context, the views of the author about the meritorious virtues of the Companions of the Prophet will be pointed out. In addition, the criticism of Abū Shākūr al-Sālimī regarding the Shīa’s understanding of imamate will be examined. These issues, which the author deals with, are probably among the topics discussed in the region during his period.
