Türkiye’de, Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Liselerine yönelik hem olumsuz izlenimlerin giderilmesi hem de söz konusu liselerin niteliğinin arttırılması ve sektöre kaliteli, bilgi, beceri ve tecrübe ile donanmış bireylerin yetiştirilmesi hedefleriyle yıllardır birçok yapısal uygulamalar ve çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Özellikle eğitimin etkilendiği, bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinin gelişmesi dolayısıyla, son yıllarda gerek sektörün gereksinimleri ve faaliyet alanlarına göre, gerekse de bireylerin ilgi, istek ve becerilerine göre farklı okul türleri (Proje ve Tematik Liseler) ve yeni alanlar (Bilişim Teknolojileri, Uçak Bakım, Raylı Sistemler, Güneş Enerji Sistemleri vb.) açılmıştır. 2010’dan bu yana Türkiye’de de yapısal düzenlemelerle gelişmeye başlayan “Katılım Bankacılığı ve Sigortacılığı İşlemleri” ya da başka bir ifade ile “Faizsiz Finans İşlemleri ve Hizmetleri” alanında bilgi, tecrübe ve donanıma sahip, nitelikli bireylere ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Özellikle Türkiye’de, finansal okur-yazarlık oranının da düşük olması sebebiyle artık bu alanda temel eğitimlerin verilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu bağlamda çalışmada, “Faizsiz Bankacılık ve Sigortacılık” alanının ortaöğretim düzeyinde de açılması gerektiği, alanın önemi ve alana olan ihtiyacın gerekliliğine değinilmiştir. Ayrıca söz konusu alanın Türkiye eğitim sisteminde, ortaöğretim düzeyinde, “Tematik Lise” kapsamında açılması, alanın alt dalları, müfredatı ve alanın uygulanabilirliği ile sürdürülebilirliğine ilişkin önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
There were many studies have been conducted with a aim of eliminating negative impressions for Vocational and Technical High Schools and to improve the quality of schools, by educating individuals and providing them the required skills and experience. In particular, due to the development of information and communication technologies in the past few years, according to the requirements and areas of activity as well as the interest of individuals, needs and skills there are different types of schools (Project and Thematic High Schools) and new areas (Information Technologies, Aircraft Maintenance, Railway Systems, Solar Energy Systems, etc.) were opened. Since 2010, the structural arrangements of "Participation Banks and Insurance Transaction" or in other words "Interest Free Financial Transactions and Services" has started being developed in Turkey. Therefore, there is an urgent need for qualified individuals who have a relevant knowledge and field experience. Particularly, due to low financial literacy rate in Turkey, basic training should be provided in this area. In this context, the researcher aimed to study the importance of proposing on "Interest Free Banking and Insurance" courses in the high schools. In addition, curriculums and applicability of the stated area and its feasibility and sustainability should be introduced into the high schools, Thematic Schools as well as to the Turkish Education system.
