Bu çalışmanın amacı, ergenlerin saldırganlık düzeylerini cinsiyet, yaş, algılanan çevre güvenliği, kişilik özellikleri, algılanan ana-baba tutumu ve akran ilişkileri değişkenlerine göre incelemektir. Araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada amaçlı örnekleme tekniği kullanılmış, çalışmaya 461 lise öğrencisi katılmıştır. Katılımcıların 202’si kız (%43.8), 259’u (%56.2) erkektir yaş ortalamaları 15.69’dur (SD= 1.20). Araştırma verileri “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Saldırganlık Ölçeği”, “Çevre Güvenlik Ölçeği”, “Sıfatlara Dayalı Kişilik Testi”, “Ana Baba Tutum Ölçeği” ve “Akran İlişkileri Ölçeği” kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Araştırmada değişkenler arasındaki ilişkileri tespit edebilmek için korelasyon, t-testi ve çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda saldırganlığın alt boyutları ile cinsiyet, yaş, algılanan çevre güvenliği, kişilik özellikleri, algılanan ana baba tutumları ve akran ilişkileri arasında farklı düzeylerde ilişkiler olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Yapılan regresyon analizi sonucunda kişilik özelliklerinin uyumluluk, nevrotiklik ve deneyime açıklık boyutları, akran ilişkilerinin sadakat ve kendini açma boyutları ile ana algılanan ana baba tutumlarının kabul/ilgi ve psikolojik özerklik boyutlarının birlikte saldırganlığın anlamlı birer yordayıcısı oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Adı geçen değişkenler birlikte toplam varyansın %31’ini açıklamaktadır.
The aim of this study is to study the levels of aggression of adolescents according to the variables of gender, age, perceived environmental safety, personality characteristics, perceived parent-parent attitude and relative relationships. The research was carried out in the relational scan model. The study involved 461 high school students, using the sampling technique for the purpose of the study. 202 of the participants are girls (43.8%) and 259 (56.2) men; the average age is 15.69 (SD=1.20). The research data was collected using "Personal Information Form", "Attack Scale", "Environmental Safety Scale", "Death-Based Personality Test", "Mother's Attitude Scale" and "Accraint Relationship Scale". The study conducted correlation, t-test and multiple linear regression analyses to identify the relationships between the variables. The results of the analysis have found that there are relationships at different levels between the underdimensions of aggression and gender, age, detected environmental safety, personality characteristics, detected parent attitudes and relative relationships. As a result of the regression analysis, the dimensions of the personality characteristics of consistency, neuroticity and experience, the dimensions of loyalty and self-development of co-relationships and the acceptance/interest and psychological autonomy of the main-perceptible parent attitudes were identified as a meaningful contributor to aggression. The name passed variables together describe 31% of the total variation.
The aim of this study is to examine the aggression levels of adolescents according to sex, age, perceived environmental safety, personality traits, perceived parental attitudes and peer relationships. The research was performed in by using the relational survey method. 461 high school students participated in the study; 202 of the participants were female (43.8%), 259 (56.2%) were male; the mean age was 15.69 (SD=1.20). The research data were collected by using "Personal Information Form", "Aggression Questionnaire", "Sense of Safety Scale", "Adjective Based Personality Test", "Parental Attitude Scale" and "Peer Relationship Scale". Correlation, t-test and multiple linear regression analyzes were performed to determine the relationships between the variables in the study. As a result of the analyzes, it was found that the subscales of aggression were related to sex, age, perceived environmental security, personality traits, perceived parental attitudes and peer relationships at different levels. As a result of the regression analysis, it was determined that personality traits of agreeableness, neuroticism, extroversion and openness dimensions, peer relations' loyalty and self-disclosure dimensions, and parental attitudes of acceptance/interest and psychological autonomy were significant predictors of aggression. The mentioned variables together explain for 31% of the total variance.
