So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

In today's business life, employees face many different problems. In order to cope with these problems, they have to produce many different solutions. The defense mechanism is one of the solutions produced by employees against problems. In this paper, the positive effect of the defense mechanisms on the employees was tried to be revealed. The project sample was divided into two groups as high business success and low business success according to the results obtained from the performance evaluation method applied by the companies. According to the data obtained from the inventory applied to the employees with high and low (unsuccessful) business success results, it was found that the employees with high business success applied to defense mechanisms more frequently than the ones with low business success. In the inventory, rationalization, suppression and counter-reaction mechanisms, which are assumed to be used more in business life than other defense mechanisms, are used. It is aimed to show that employees who are exposed to approaches other than scientific values and universal norms in terms of management approach try to adapt to this situation with their own defense systems. I believe that due to the fact that it is an important study on this subject, it has been a work that will encourage people who adopt a human-oriented management understanding within the framework of modern management approach, and who try to descend into their hidden inner world by accepting a value to every employee.
