ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to get attention to the mobbing phenomena. The behaviours constituing the mobbing and the overcoming strategies summarized in this work. Academical mobbing ongoing for many years, has a diverse potential on productivity inhibiting academical studies. Academic mobbing cases leading to many negative results not only physical, emotional harms but also related to the work including institutional effects on victims. In consequence of reviewing the existing literature, it was pointed out that the widespread variety of mobbing generally from administrators, other academicians that is teaching staff and evenif from students turned towards to psychological and emotional attack to an academician. It is completely dissimilar problematic situation of the tyranny/rowdy academician fearlessly demonstrating his primitive personality characteristics out of society norms unbinding to any academic purpose, science, civilisation and the objective and the purpose of the education in academic institution. Another reason for remained unsolved this problematic issue is not devoted serious importance required untill now, which can also be regarded as another problem. It has become inevitable obligatory against to pyschological terror and prevention of being serial rowdy. It is necessary to build up of social awareness together with education, effective counselling, constituting policies against tyranny and legislation at every level to prevent academic mobbing. Universities in general can contribute to develop academic culture and civilized enviroment interconnected to academic core dicipline. More specifically, it is immediately to focus on diminishing or even give an effort to do away with academic mobbing cases applying some precautions with legal procedures from esteemed work places, academic enviroments with in-house circular.
