Özet:

As a result of the efforts of Russian President Vladimir Putin to rebuild his country as a world power, Moscow seems to play a more important role in international relations. Vladimir Putin is perceived as a controversial politician in international politics, even though he has a known global political image, which can mean an intensified set of attitudes towards him as a political figure. Putin, as a patriotic protector of Russia, puts forward his image as a sporty leader who has adopted a healthy lifestyle and strengthens his political image both physically and mentally. Putin has made a significant impact on the Russian people as a leader in national and international politics, who has demonstrated the ability to do what is needed at the right time, and establishes a strategy to successfully its goals. Putin's policy in the name of Russia during the Syrian crisis affected the balances in the Middle East and changed the course of the Syrian war. In this paper, the reflections of Putin’s steps towards the Syrian civil war on the Turkish public and the world will be analyzed in the context of political perception.
