So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Belediye işletme ve şirketleri birçok kanun ve kuruluşun denetimine tabi olduğu halde Sayıştay denetimin dışında kalmaktadırlar. 2003 tarihinde yayımlanmış 5018 sayılı Kamu Mali Yönetimi ve Kontrol Kanunu ile belediye işletme ve şirketlerinin kamu kaynağı kullandıkları için Sayıştay’ca denetlenebilmesinin önü açılmıştır.Belediyelerin kurduğu ya da katıldığı şirketler özel hukuk hükümlerine tabi olduğu için, belediyeler üzerinde vesayet denetimi yapma yetkisine sahip olan merkezi yönetim, belediye şirketleri üzerinde bu denetimi yapamamaktadır. Bu durum da denetim boşluğu yaratmaktadır. Bu boşluk yeni düzenlenmiş Sayıştay Kanununu ve yeniden düzenlenecek Türk Ticaret Kanunu ile doldurulabilecektir.
