Abstract:

The subject of this work is the place and importance of Hâfız Mehmet Ali Demir, who grows in the tradition of "mevlidhân" in the Mardin religious musical culture. The city of Mardin is a rich city in terms of câmi, which makes the câmi mosquito a significant part of the religious mosquito. Muhammad Ali Demir is the leading creator of the cammi mushicism in Mardin. In addition, Iron is one of the last representatives living in the "mevlidhân" tradition that exists in the site.The aim of the study is to be able to express the religious musical culture that exists in Mardin with its general lines and to present the examples of the Icrâ in the site of Hafiz Mehmet Ali Demir who grows in this culture.
