Demontaj, tersine tedarik zincirlerindeki kilit rolü göz önüne alındığında önem arz eden bir konudur. Demontaj işleminin etkin yapılması ise demontaj hatlarının dengelenmesi ile mümkün olabilecektir. Bu çalışmada demontaj görevlerinin iş istasyonlarına atanma önceliklerinin belirlenmesi için ELECTRE yöntemi ilk kez kullanılmıştır. Bu önceliklerin kullanılmasıyla elde edilen atamaların iyileştirilmesi için iki algoritma önerilmiştir. İlk iyileştirme algoritması mümkün ise istasyon sayısınıküçüklemeyi hedeflerken, ikinci algoritma da görevlerin atandığı istasyonları değiştirerek daha iyi bir dengeleme yapmayı hedeflemektedir. Elde edilen çözüm literatürde TOPSIS, PROMETHEE ve çoklu gruplama hiyerarşisi ile elde edilen sonuçlarla karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu çalışma kapsamında ayrıca özgün bir karşılaştırma ölçütü olarak Deviation Mean (DM) önerilmiştir.
Demontage is a matter of importance when taking into account the key role in supply chains. If the demontage process is effectively done, it will be possible with the balance of the demontage lines. The ELECTRE method was used for the first time in this study to determine the priorities of the assignment of deployment tasks to work stations. Two algorithms were proposed to improve the assignments obtained by using these priorities. The first improvement algorithm is aimed at reducing the number of stations if possible, while the second algorithm is aimed at making a better balance by changing the stations to which tasks are assigned. The achieved solution is compared with the results achieved in literature with the TOPSIS, PROMETHEE and multi-group hierarchy. In this study, Deviation Mean (DM) was also proposed as an original comparison measure.
