Özet:

In this study, Baudrillard’s concept of art and the state of contemporary art will be explained by the thinker’s text “the conspiracy of the world of art”. The view he sees when Baudrillard turns his eyes into the world of art is not an inner opening. Of course, the contemporary art-post-modern art mentioned here is the production of the Western world where the thinker is also within. So all the written is applicable to the Western world and to the contemporary art that is fed from this world of thought. In this study, the French thinker points out that when the Western thought that he has in his understanding of the present world comes, the truth and meaning in the art are lost. According to Baudrillard, art has now lost its privileges and purpose, made not to be cared for, but to be consumed and spread to all layers of society instead of being destroyed (so it is now very difficult to say what is included in the art field) is not beyond a foolishness. Abstract In this study consists of Baudrillard's art opinion and contemporary art's condition which has been recently is going to be explained by means of thinker's essay of "the conspiracy of arts." When Baudrillard extent his theory, have a look and see the art world, the scene is not cheering. Aforementioned contemporary art is produced by the western world that thinker is a member of this world, too. So, all settings written by us in this study, is valid western world and contemporary art which is to be nourished by this consption of the world. According to French theorist, art ceases to be validity and reality. According to Baudrillard, art lost its privilege and goal and is not being seen but being exhausted.
