Knowledge sharing in house is one of the important strategic structures of institutions in maintaining their presence. In this study, relationships among the factors that affecting knowledge sharing of the personnel who is working in the health sector are discussed. The factors affecting knowledge sharing were categorized into five groups such as the importance of knowledge and strategic dimension, information technology and infrastructure, perceived organizational support and motivation, trust and working relationships with in-house and top management role in the organizations. The interaction levels of relationship among these factors were examined. Relations of each factor with other factors relatively differ from each other in terms of their levels. Such relationships provide important results for the managers in a healthy knowledge sharing environment
