Abstract:

The creation of ethical awareness has a great importance in terms of competitiveness and social responsibility for policy-makers in macro plan, and for each employee in strategic, tactical and operational level as well as for all stakeholders. In this study was examined the relationship between audit quality standards that identified and examined by JCI and ethical issues that may occur in hospitals. In this way, aimed to create an awareness about ethical values for Health Management which aiming to reach a good quality health care each one. In addition, quality, accreditation, patient safety and ethics are inseparable, like the other, in the past, and in fact have a whole system approach to these concepts in all of these concepts will be addressed and in what way each of the other factors that affect the issue of development will be presented
