As one of the most crucial actors of the working life, trade-unions face various problems today. One of the most important problems among those is the concept of trade-union democracy. It is quite significant both for working life and for operating democracy that trade-unions are transparent, unambiguous, explicit, interrogable; do not involve patronage (pride) system; and have structure that appreciate the members and their opinions.
