The incoming travel agencies derive income from transfers, extra tours and similar services. Within these services in the context of the management of package tours and daily/accommodated tours professional tourist guides (PTG) are becoming the most important employees of the operators and agencies. The purpose of this study is to measure the tour guides’ degree of enrichment of the tour experince and to determine the reasons of the tourists’ participating to the informative guided tours in stead of seeing the cultural tour centres by themself. Moreover, in the study the relationship between the guided tour experience and the post-purchase customer behaviour will be analyzed. For this purpose, the survey was conducted in Antalya touristic region on the German tourists who came with the package tours and join to the cultural guided tours. Frequency analysis, reliability, validity analysis and logistic analysis were performed on the data obtained from the survey. It was discovered as results of the search that the role of the guides informative role of tour guides and creating a tour experience exceeding the customers expectations have a positive effects on the explaining the postpurchase customer behaviour
