Abstract:

Technology sector today offer many brands and models of smart phones which will make people happy and their life easier. Smart phones have significant differences in terms of brand, model, visual aspectas and physical hardware. However, consumers desire wide range of features from smart phones. In the envirement of large number of choices and criteria, consumers are being forced to prefer in purchasing smart phone. In this study, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to make a proposal for Smartphone selection problem. In the proposed solution fuzzy criterias were also regarded as well as objective criterias. Therefore the purchasing criteria for assesment was made by a few customers who aimed to buy smartphone. As a result, it was seemed that the findings and presented proposal are compatible with the preferances that have been obtained by consumers
