This investigation has been carried out in Kayseri on 1496 children in 0-6 age group in order to determine the effects of the social security organizations on the chiid heaith, it has been found that the chtldren inciuded by various sociai security organizations apply to the hospîtals and their prescriptions are bought rnore frequ~ entiy ihan the other chtldren, On the other hand, no significant difference has been fond between the chtldren who are inciuded and not inciuded by the social security organizations from the utilization of the preventîve health services, The percentages of the chifdren who are fully immunized according to the age have been found higher than 90 percent in alt groups.
