Abstract:

This study is focused on women’s education from the point of the role of gender, and leadership concept and than emphasized on placing women in administration in the universities. And than, it has been taken as an example of the research the woman academics and students who are attendees of Anadolu & Osmangazi universities, in Eskisehir city according to their status of as a science department, senate member, member of steering committee, faculty, college and institute administrators. As a result, being as their position is what ever like academic or student at the university to receive a responsibility at high level is parallel according to their social roles. The survey is realized via scanning of Turkish literature on this subject and browsing written documents on this subject at two universities via internet.
